- No refunds or returns on used scrubs
- Returns or refunds must be done within 7 days only if scrubs is visibility defect
- No refunds or returns due to tears because of scrubs were tight. We always encourage to take a relaxed fit and not to tight so to avoid micro tears
- Exchange for the correct size is possible based on points 5, 6 & 7 below.
- Exchanges due to size will be have to be returned at your courier cost. We can assist with booking the delivery and collection.
- Should the exchange be for a higher price scrub set then the balance will have to be paid and cleared before scrubs are shipped out.
- Should the size exchange result in a lower price we will refund the difference via standard eft.
- No returns for alterations. All scrubs are standard sizes as per size guide. Alterations will have at your personal dress maker or tailor at your own cost
